Privacy policy
What the storefront collects, why, and how long it is kept. Short version: order details to fulfil orders, an email address if you ask for one.
What is collected
Checkout collects a name, email and delivery address so an order can be fulfilled. Contact and commission forms collect what you type into them.
Where it is stored
Records are stored in a Supabase Postgres database. Access is restricted to the studio, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, the shop uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it is used: which pages are visited, how far they are scrolled and where visitors click. Clarity can replay a visit as a recording with everything typed into forms hidden. Both set cookies only if you accept the cookie banner; if you decline, they count the visit without a cookie or any identifier. Google keeps this data for up to 14 months and Microsoft for up to 13 months. Change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time through the contact page and it will be actioned within 30 days.
