The guarantee

Return any catalogue piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. It needs to come back in its original packaging and in the condition it arrived in.

Start a return from the contact page with your order reference and you'll get a prepaid label for returns within Georgia.

Exceptions

Commissions and custom pieces are non-refundable once the design has been signed off, because they are built to your specification.

Return shipping outside Georgia is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damage in transit

Everything ships insured. If a piece arrives damaged, send photographs within 48 hours and a replacement goes on the bench immediately at no cost to you.
